  Honestly, I wouldn't go here if Cleveland had better options. There slow, always slow, even if there is no one there. And the lobby is a joke, they just let people run chaos in there. Or workers have there kids out there and there not being well behaved. The need to kick the school kids out if there not buying anything, I dont wanna hear about your highschool drama bull crap while im trying to eat, go "hang out" somewhere else. Food is usually good though, just slowww

  We had a big order. We ordered several bacon mcdoubles. I was surprised to find there was only one pickle, a dab of ketchup, and a dab of mustard. When I say a dab it was almost invisible. The big Mac lacking enough sauce and very salty. If I had interest in this company I would want to know about this. I will say customer service was excellent.
