  HORRIBLE!!!! We waited over an hour while at least 2 parties the same size as ours (4) that came in AFTER us, came and went before or soon after we got our food. When we finally asked the girl to check on our order she was gone another 5 minutes, brought out some else's (that came after us) order out and told us "Yours is coming out next." When a different girl brought our food out I asked for Ranch she said that'd be 30 cents. I politely suggested that after waiting over an hour for our food maybe my daughter could get one for free. At which point she turned into the rudest teenager I've ever met. I asked to see the manager. "He's busy!" " Well perhaps when he gets a second" "It'll be at least another hour" I remained calm thru the exchange the girl however responded like a spoiled brat, stomping back to the kitchen. I never saw the manager, but if he's the one that trained her I imagine it wouldn't have helped. They have forever lost the business of me and my family and my respect as a business. Oh and the food...not worth $35 bucks.
